Crush Your Quarantine Challenge
The number one obstacle I have heard from people throughout quarantine has been lacking motivation. I truly believe that a community of people doing a program together can help the situation. I have created this challenge to give you structure, community, and a plan to move forward during these weird times. This four week challenge includes:
- 4 weeks of workouts that can be done fully at home (they can also be done in the gym if yours reopens during the challenge).
- Mini challenges throughout to help improve confidence and mental health
- Weekly live trainings with me
- Nutrition tips
- Community support
And yes, this is a challenge which means there will be a winner! The winner will receive the prize of 1 month FREE personalized 1:1 coaching with me as well as some of my fitness favorites (calorie friendly treats, fitness equipment, and other fun things).
