Every person is different therefore we all need different approaches to our workouts, our foods, and our fitness. I’m here to help you find the approach that works for you.
During a meal planning session we will talk about your lifestyle, what foods you like and dislike, and what your fitness goals are. We will then craft a meal plan together to help you achieve those goals while still enjoying your life and eating delicious foods.
Whether you have access to a gym or only to your home, I will write you fun workouts that will get you the results you want. Most of my workouts will center around strength training, as these are the best workouts for weight loss and toning. You will also receive info on warm ups, yoga workouts, and different forms of cardio.
