During a Meal Planning session we discuss your goals and plan your meals together. One session includes:

  • A one hour video call to discuss what foods you like or dislike, what your challenges are, and how to prepare meals.
  • After planning all of your meals together, I will send you a customized plan with all of the recipes you need for the week.
  • Access to private Facebook support group to connect with others on similar journeys
