Fat Loss 101 is an ebook made from my 5 day course on the basics of fat loss. In order to lose fat, you must become a master at these basic tips! This ebook includes 5 lessons on these topics including:

  1. Mindful eating
  2. Stress management for fat loss
  3. What is a macro? Nutrition basics
  4. The exercises to focus on for fat loss/how to build a workout split
  5. Calorie deficits explained
This is for you if you are sick of trying different diets and having nothing stick, you want to feel confident and fit in your clothes again, and you have not previously participated in the course Fat Loss 101.
This would be a great starting point if you have considered a coaching program with me but would like to learn a little more first and need a more affordable option.
