Home Workout Guide
This home workout guide is designed to help you gain strength and lose fat from the comfort of your own home. Minimal equipment is required, all of which can be found around your house. In addition to this guide you will also receive access to my private Facebook group, Fit By Christy Lee, where I will be supporting you throughout the guide (March 30th- April 20th). In four weeks you will experience:
